Red Spark Sponsors PennApps Hackathon
Every semester, students from all over the globe flock to the University of Pennsylvania to compete in PennApps, one of the largest student Hackathons in the country. This Fall, Red Spark is proud to share the roster with big-name sponsors including Microsoft, Facebook, Google, and Spotify.
PennApps, in a nutshell
1000+ students from 100+ universities will be given 48 hours to build an innovative and useful app for mobile or web. Participants can work solo or team up with up to 3 other students, and the winners get $10,000.
Friday, September 6 – Sunday, September 8
Engineering Quad, University of Pennsylvania
220 S 33rd St
Philadelphia, PA 19104
Unfortunately, registration for non-Penn students is closed (1600+ students applied!), but current University of Pennsylvania undergrad and grad students can still sign up to participate in the hackathon for free.
